Instructions:

Suggested Use: For maximum effect give 1 to 2 doses the night before and 1 to 2 doses the morning of performance. 1 tube = 2 doses. Effects begin within 2 hours and are cumulative with additional doses. Adjust for desired results. Compatible with any Perfect Prep EQâ„¢ formula.
